Jenny McCabe is Vice President Legal, Regulatory & Disputes at BHP, leading major disputes, litigation, arbitration, investigations and regulatory matters globally. She advises senior executives and the Board on complex legal, commercial and reputational risks, drawing on extensive experience managing high-value, high-profile matters across multiple jurisdictions.

Since joining BHP in 2015, Jenny has held several senior legal leadership roles, including Vice President Legal, Minerals Australia, where she led legal support for BHP’s Australian assets and functions and served on the Minerals Australia Leadership Team. Previously, she practised disputes and arbitration at MinterEllison and was Associate to The Honourable Justice Daubney of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
